HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
Ad Inns was founded in 1977 and has been operating as a full-service ad agency serving Orlando and Central Florida businesses since that date.

WHO OWNS AD INNS?
Sandy Litvany is the owner and founder of Ad Inns. She has been in the marketing and advertising field for more than 26 years and brings a great deal of business and marketing know-how to everything she does. Her role with the advertising agency is a cross between visionary and project manager. Her guidance on virtually all projects ensures that decisions are made on the basis of tried-and-true experience.

WHERE DID THE NAME AD INNS COME FROM?
When we first launched the business back in 1977, many of our clients were in the hospitality field. They were predominantly hotels and resorts. Over the years our client list has expanded to many other types of businesses.

WHO ARE AD INNS' CLIENTS?
They are extremely diverse. Over the course of our history, we've done business with hospitality companies, government organizations, professional service firms, transportation providers, colleges, health care companies and much more. We've worked with big businesses and small. Sometimes, looking back, it truly seems like we've done it all.

WOULD YOU CONSIDER AD INNS TO BE A BIG AGENCY OR A SMALL AGENCY?
We're small. And that's the way we like it. It allows us to keep our overhead low. We have, however, developed a stable of extremely talented individuals whom we contact when we need additional specialized services that we don't have in-house. At all times, we manage the project and ensure that our client's interests are being served.

WHAT IF I'M NOT PREPARED TO HIRE AN ORLANDO AD AGENCY FOR ALL MY MARKETING BUT HAVE JUST A SPECIFIC PROJECT OR TWO?
No problem. We'll do whatever is best for you. We work with some clients on a project-by-project basis. Others look to us as their agency of record, providing them with comprehensive marketing programs that encompass numerous projects throughout the year.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE?
We quote each project individually. Everything is documented in writing in advance so you never are surprised by an invoice. We intentionally keep our overhead low, and that's reflected in our prices. Our clients would tell you they get excellent value for their money on the work we do for them.

HOW DO PROJECTS USUALLY PROGRESS?
Of course it depends on the project. However, the usual progression is we would meet with you and ask lots of questions to try to "get smart" about your business. Based on what we learn, we then provide a proposal that precisely describes what we recommend, the individual components of the project, the costs and a timeline for completion. If appropriate, we will provide several alternatives for you to choose from. Once we get your go-ahead, we begin the work to complete the project based on the guidelines agreed upon. Throughout the various production phases, you'll have an opportunity to weigh in with your opinion. We are extremely receptive to feedback and never let our egos get in the way of giving you want you want. In the end, you will get a product that meets, and quite likely, exceeds your expectations.
